In this section you can look at a few example sites from our portfolio that illustrate our breadth of experience and the range of sites we have designed and built. The sites all have the common themes of:

We always strive to design and build sites to the highest standards which includes making them accessible to as many people as possible.
Examples in Property
Felsted Bed and Breakfast
The brief: Paul and Caroline wanted a simple site to promote their new bed and Breakfast business in Felsted, Essex. In addition to providing information about the accommodation at Argyll House, the site also needed to inform visitors about local amenities and attractions.
Result: We based the site design on existing printed material that Paul and Caroline had produced but 'tweaked it' to work better on the web. We also reproduced the local amenity and area maps to ensure they they were as clear and an as accessible as possible.
Airport Lettings Stansted
The brief: Airport Lettings wanted a professional website to promote their close links with Stansted Airport and their ethos of quality services for both tenants and landlords.
Result: In addition to providing information about the company and their services, the site that Meerkat designed and built makes it easy for Airport Lettings to upload their property data from their lettings system to the website and enable people to search for properties. Following the site launch Airport Lettings asked Meerkat to develop data feeds from their site to other prominent UK property search sites.
